Dr. Samara graduated cum laude from the College of Dentistry at Iloilo Doctors' College, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. For six years, he served as Class President and later became President of the Dentistry Student Council, earning the prestigious Institutional Leadership Award. Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Samara consistently made the Dean's List and maintained his scholarship, showcasing his commitment to excellence.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Samara was an active member of the Clinician's Club and served on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Iloilo West, further highlighting his passion for community service and professional development.

Dr. Samara's professional affiliations include the Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the Philippine Gnathological Forum (specializing in TMD management), and the Philippine Association of Functional Jaw Orthopedics (PAFJO). He has also completed the OnePlant Implant System course under Warrantec, expanding his expertise in implant dentistry.

Fluent in English, Arabic, Tagalog, and Hiligaynon, Dr. Samara brings a diverse and inclusive approach to his practice, ensuring clear and compassionate communication with all his patients.
